Será implementada uma nova organização para apoio ao cinema iraniano no país, para ajudar a produzir mais filmes, devido ao sucesso que o cinema iraniano conquistou internacionalmente.
A organização vai estar sob a supervisão do Ministério da Cultura e Orientação Islâmica, mas atuará como uma organização independente.

New organization for Iranian cinema to come on stream soon
TEHRAN – The new independent organization for Iranian cinema will be implemented during the Ten-Day Dawn celebrations (February 1-11) marking the anniversary of the victory of the 1979 Islamic Revolution.
Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini in approving the news, added that a sufficient budget will be allocated to the organization to help produce more films, the Persian service of ISNA reported on Tuesday.
President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had submitted a plan for the establishment of the organization in July. The decision was previously approved by the High Council for Administrative Affairs in January 2011.
“Iranian cinema has been the center of attention in the world and there are great number of requests to host Iranian film weeks from other countries, and we need to pay due attention to our productions,” Hosseini said.
The organization is due to replace the office of the deputy culture minister for cinematic affairs, which is currently managed by Javad Shamaqdari.
The organization will be under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, but will act as an independent organization, Shamaqdari said.
He added, “The organization will be independent with a seperate budget and will be able to enforce its views better than the office (of the deputy culture minister for cinematic affairs.)
The establishment of the organization is in line with the policy of the Iranian government for reducing its involvement in some fields.
It also aims to make better use of the potentials of cinema and remove obstacles in the way of producing films.
